    Not sure ehat your agent is doing but they have access to an automated system and if your booking is eligible for a price drop it is done automatically. All they need to do in most cases is enter your reservation number and if the price is lower the obc for the difference is automatically added to your booking within seconds.

    It should be refunded as you were before final payment. It does not matter thst you paid in full.

    The single rate is the exact same as the 2 person rate less the taxes for the second person unless you happen to stumble across a reduced solo rate or have over 340 c&a points.

    I don't believe that the F&F are eligible. Those fares were also not eligible for the lift and shift. Too many restrictions.

    The WJ is now open on every ship for all meals. It was only on early sailings that were low in passenger counts where it was closed for certain meals.

    Minimum is 8 cabins to get one Tour Conductor credit which is the average fare less non commissionable cruise fare and taxes. Not sure that Royal offer the discounted rates to individuals setting up a group or just the TC credit.

    It is TA rates which are a per day rate depending on the room category that you are not allowed to use the shareholder OBC with. These are discounted rates and only available on select sailings and only for TA's and the TA must sail in the room booked. TA's paying regular rates can use the shareholder benefit.

    It just shows up as a purchase from Royal. There is nothing to denote it as a currency purchase and Royal is not a currency exchange. I am also in Canada and purchased at least a $1000 in OBC on every cruise back when exchange rates through Royal for OBC were favorable. The good old days when you could buy OBC at 1.10 when the bank was charging 1.35 and up

    That is old information that they have not removed from their website. I know prior to June 1 when the FCC's had an expiry date they could be transferred to someone else however now that they have removed the expiry dates I am not sure if they still will allow transfers

    Call back. People purchase it this way all the time. Make up a medical reason if you have to. Never heard of them asking for any proof.

    I'm guessing that since your FCC expired in April of 2022 that it was not one covered under the new policy. All the ones thet were extended indefinitely had N expiry date of Dec 31, 2022 Are you sure yours actually expired? Any covid related FCC's thst originally had an expiry date of April were extended a while ago to Dec 31, 2022.

    Lloyd, where is the shipyard located in Gdansk. Would it be visable from Voyager who will be stopping there as a replacement for St. Petersburg.
