We sail next month and there are only a few empty cabins available on sailing

Anyone currently on Millennium and can tell me what kind of champagne they have? Was recently on Reflection and it was hard to come by. There were many people upset in the MDR. We were able to hear one man yelling throughout the dining room! We were able to find champagne in the casino, but not the MDR. It was crazy. If paying for the upgrade to get champagne, that is what I would like

Somehow the casino thinks that you have. Has anyone else maybe used your card at a slot machine?

They know who you are because if you play at tables they scan your sea pass card and if you play slots you scan it. Blue chip has an earning period of 18 months so everything doesn’t accumulate. Trust me, after our last 2 cruises we thought we we at least be amethyst, but are still onyx. Thankfully we have earned 2 conked cruises so that’s something!

We were on the Reflection last month. Cruise was amazing, but many of the staff were exhausted. They still always had a smile on their faces and worked very hard. Many have been due for vacation for a couple of months, but due to staffing shortages they can’t leave……and aren’t compensated for having to stay on board.

Can you bring a supervised test with you to do in your hotel room? We had planned on testing in Rome last month, but since they are so strict I didn’t want to take the chance of being whisked away and quarantining for 21 days if we tested positive. We got the eMed tests and did them in our hotel room. You are lucky that you only need the test 2 days before. Ours was one day, otherwise the test we took before leaving the US to fly to Rome would’ve sufficed.

We sailed from Rome last month. We had an 11:30 boarding time. We were picked up by sharedshuttle.it at 10:30 and were on board shortly after 11:30. They were fabulous to work with!

We sailed on Reflection last month and the menu wasn’t updated until the day or 2 before sailing. I was keeping track of some stuff for deciding on when to do specialty dining and it all did change.

Nothing has been done to Infinity. We last sailed on Infinity shortly before shut down. It was in great need of an update. The cabins needed new curtains, carpet, etc. the rest of the ship was nice, but tired

We don’t have much of a choice. Our cruise was booked for 2020 and cancelled twice. Finally going next month.

We have been fortunate to never have any issues. I always send them an Email and get the $ quickly. The only time we didn’t get it is for our upcoming Alaska cruise. Not sure why, but I think it’s because we booked before we got the stock. We had to push it out twice, but still no luck

We just got off of the Reflection a few weeks ago and had the elevate package. We used it for Specialty dining and cashed the balance out in the casino (put it on our card to use on machines and then cashed out)

We were elite for the first time on our recent cruise. We had no idea that the free minutes had to be used first. Wasn’t too happy when I wanted to use them and couldn’t. It was frustrating that we had no idea about this or other Elite benefits

We just recently sailed and pre cruise I had a few more points than my husband, but knew that his would jump after the cruise. I got awarded with the points for the cruise, but he still has the same. They told me it doesn’t matter because he matches me. They couldn’t answer what would happen if we didn’t sail together. Either way, he should still get his points!

Unless it was changed in the last 2 weeks it’s still there

This is actually the first time I’ve seen a “sale” and it actually is. I’m on hold with Celebrity right now to reprice and upcoming cruise. Going to try to add elevate when I reprice and still save a few hundred $

We recently got off of the Reflection and had room service a couple of times and never received a call that they were on their way, so each ship must make that decision

My husband is 6’6” and has no problems. We just got off of the Reflection earlier this week.

We are currently on Reflection. We get off of the ship tomorrow. We have done all Celebrity excursions because we had a lot of OBC to use. Today, our last day, they asked us for cabin numbers while on the excursion. I found it odd that they only did it the last day!

We are currently on Reflection and first time as Elite and we have seen nothing. I had no idea that we had to use our free 90 minutes if WiFi before the package. Also had no idea we had priority tendering. My husband and I both said that they should explain to first time elite passengers what we have. I knew that we had a free bag of laundry, but not clue how to even do it. Guess we learn for our next cruise.

Italy definitely still requires masks on planes, airports, trains and other places.

Premium beverage package, gratuities and WiFi is included. Retreat means you are booked in a suite
