dedosr Posted February 21, 2016 #1 Share Posted February 21, 2016 (edited) On our previous Oasis and Allure cruises, there was a Cigar Bar on Deck 18 Fwd, where you could buy cigars and smoke them and not have the smoke disturb others. I know that is now the launch area for the water slides. So will there be a cigar bar or anything similar on the Harmony. If there is, it will make two of my friends very happy. dedosr Posted February 21, 2016 Author #2 Share Posted February 21, 2016 Do you know where the designated smoking areas will be on the Harmony?
Clarea Posted February 21, 2016 #3 Share Posted February 21, 2016 Do you know where the designated smoking areas will be on the Harmony? Most likely just like the other Oasis class ships, casino indoors, and one side of the pool deck outdoors.
funtocruiselm Posted April 9, 2018 #4 Share Posted April 9, 2018 There is no lower deck on the outside of the ship since they have central park in the middle, so it sounds like there are 3 areas to smoke. The casino and by the pools on 15 & 16. We are planning a trip next year and would like more details on the smoking areas. Do they have a place to sit and it is covered? Any info would be great. Thanks

MAlagich Posted April 9, 2018 #6 Share Posted April 9, 2018 Do you know where the designated smoking areas will be on the Harmony? The outside smoking area in only on Deck 15 Port Side from Mid Ship Pool Bar to Aft Stairs to deck 16. Of course there is smoking in the Casino as well but No Cigars I believe. You can Purchase both Cigars and Cigarettes by the pack for the Pool Bar 15 Port Side.

Big_G Posted August 15, 2018 #10 Share Posted August 15, 2018 That doesn't help us plan which cabin we want ahead of time.If you're trying to avoid smoke. We've sailed on almost every class and in almost 40 cruises, we've never smelled smoke on our balcony from a smoking deck. Next balcony maybe but not a smoking deck. Type in smoking in the help feature on Royals website, it tells you where the smoking areas are. https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/onboard-smoking-policy
funtocruiselm Posted December 30, 2018 #12 Share Posted December 30, 2018 It is nice to hear from others what the smoking areas are like. The cruise line doesn't give any details. Thanks for the tips.

MaiseyM Posted December 30, 2018 #15 Share Posted December 30, 2018 TDeck 15 smoking area can gather a small crowd after dinner. Plenty of cigar smoker up there. During the day it appears to be more cigarettes and vaping going on. You can’t mss it once you’re in the area.

When we were on Harmony last February, we had our "Solve the Worlds Problems" meeting each night on Deck 15, mid-ship, Port side I believe. Right near the pool bar, where you can get a nice cognac to go with your cigar. Several cigar smokers in Adirondack chairs. Very friendly area. Sorcerer Tim Posted January 4, 2019 #19 Share Posted January 4, 2019 When we were on Allure in October I had a cigar up there most days and several people were smoking.
