Has the Duty form been changed or deleted when you leave the ship?

I thought I read that the duty form has changed or you no longer have to complete it? We leave on the Epic and I was just wondering.

They gave them to us on my December cruise, but they were not collected during disembarkation.

On Feb 26 didn't see any duty forms handed out. That said we are US non residents and got thru customs in about 5 minutes. The American residents had an half hour line to see customs.

We just sailed through Port Everglades and we never received a customs form.

Custom forms are slowly changing, it would depend on what specific entry point you use if you get the form.

Our cruise in April of last year started and ended in Miami and there no forms given out or requested, no customs actually, just immigration.

We did a RT cruise out of Cape Liberty, NJ, to the Bahamas a couple of weeks ago. No customs forms were distributed on board. We were informed that if we had something to declare, we just needed to do so.

We just disembarked in NYC and did not have to do a customs form. They didn’t even ask us any questions just checked our passports.

It varies by port. We sailed 5 times last year and had to fill out forms all 5 times.

We cruised twice within the last month and Customs Declaration forms were not required unless you have anything to declare which takes you over what Uncle Sam allows you to bring into the US tax-free.

That's per a CBP agent I asked at Long Beach, CA 5 days ago.

We sailed last month and did get declaration forms. My son just flew international and said that they did not pass the forms out. It may be a thing of the past.

Just off the Dawn, and we did not get any form.

Recently sailed out of Miami and Canaveral. Duty forms were only required if you were over the allowed limits.

Just off the Epic. No forms at all. No forms handed out, no forms collected, no discussion of any forms. Almost a complete non issue other than instructions included with the Daily on what you do if you've purchased more than $800.

US passport holders do not need a Customs Form, even when coming off a TA from Europs.

What? They are handing out duty forms now? They want to know how many times you did duty?

Port Canaveral and Miami do not require the CBP forms any more.
