Anyone know of any cruise that stays overnight in a port? Would love to have more than 8 hours in a port.

From my research, alot of bermuda cruises stay 2 or 3 days total in port! Which is why I am wanting to go on one in the future. I think a few hours just wont be enough for us either. If you find anymore please let us know too.

If you are thinking of America, there are overnights in Manaus and in Rio.

 

In Europe you have them in St Petersburg, Istambul, Venice.

 

Elsewhere there are others, Bombay, Alexandria, Hong Kong, etc..

Other than Bermuda, no mainstream cruise line does overnights in the Caribbean, Mexico or Alaska. Some will do an overnight in Montreal, as part of a New England/Canada cruise.

We did RCCL's Italy & Croatia in October and had an overnight in Florence (Livorno) and an overnight in Venice - it was WONDERFUL!!

Carnival Sensation overnights in Nassau. I believe we had to be back on the ship at 5:30am.

On the cruise next month (actually early May), the Sea Princess overnights on Lake Gatun, Panama.

I was just going to say that the 3-4 night cruises to the Bahamas often overnight in Nassau. At least, they used to.
