One of our fellow CC members has a site that she maintains with the various menus. She upgrades as she gets them or they are posted on CC. Since The Caribbean season has only just started, it might take a couple more cruises for her to get the new offerings.

Agreed. There is essentially no HAL ships in the Caribbean yet, so no current menus to see.

pretty much a guarantee that prime rib should be on the menu on the first night:)

 

HAL usually has a couple of lamb menu items - they do a good job with it (at least on the ships I have been on ) if you are so inclined.

 

Usually a giant shrimp cocktail one night.

 

they also have a menu which is 'available every night' - which includes caesar salad, chicken and some type of steak if my memory hasn't failed yet:)

Westerdam Thanksgiving cruise. Food was EXCELLENT IMHO.

We really loved the surf and turf being offered 2 nights.

I have faithfully scanned all of the daily menus and Explorers for the Nieuw Amsterdam 7-day to HMC, Cayman Isl, Jamaica, and Mahogany Bay. I will be doing the same for the Westerdam this week to HMC Cayman Isl, and Cosumel.

 

Joanie should have them posted NLT December 16th.

 

I also have a photo of the Cannelto menu to update the missing info previously posted.

 

If there is anything else I can scan/copy, please ask and it shall be done.
