DaveOKC Posted September 9, 2013 #1 Share Posted September 9, 2013 We are planning a sail-a-way party in an aft wrap Neptune suite and the question came up - will there be enough glasses (wine, mixed drinks, etc) in the suite for a party of 15? Does anyone remember how many glasses and what type they have and how we can get more if needed. DaveOKC

I want to say maybe 8 to 10 assorted glasses.
aliaschief Posted September 9, 2013 #3 Share Posted September 9, 2013 Have everyone bring their own glasses from their cabins and get one those wine glass marking pins to identify each glass.
sail7seas Posted September 9, 2013 #4 Share Posted September 9, 2013 There are two 'water glasses' and four wine glasses. I think there are sometimes two champagne glasses. You will not have enough glasses in one cabin for your party but you said there were at least three of you with suites so if you combine them all, you will have enough. Your steward certainly can get you more glasses. Easy. Not a problem.
Boytjie Posted September 9, 2013 #5 Share Posted September 9, 2013 I second s7s's advice:ask for more. We once asked for 6 dozen! ;) We threw a drinks thing on the 4 VD balconies we had in a row. D

DaveOKC We were invited to a wine tasting in a fellow neptune suite and they simply asked concierge and he made sure there were plenty of glasses and snacks, should be no problem. Suite does come with some wine and champane glasses but not for

Suite does come with some wine and champane glasses but not for 15 I had no problem getting 45 wine glasses on the P'dam:D and the cheeses, fruits and hors' d'hoeuvre to match!!! Same thing last year but fewer glasses when we were in S and entertaining.
PathfinderEss Posted September 9, 2013 #10 Share Posted September 9, 2013 I agree with others that you will not have enough glasses in your aft Suite. I like the idea suggested by Chief that everyone brings there own glasses from their cabins.:)
Krazy Kruizers Posted September 9, 2013 #11 Share Posted September 9, 2013 Just have everyone bring their own glasses from their cabin. That way they can return the glasses to their cabins and there will not be a lot of mess for the cabin stewards to clean up.
