PS Just wondering why the term "Happy Holidays" is used and not "Happy Vacations"?

 

Here in the UK we say we go on holiday but in the USA you say vacation, hence my query!

Hi:).....I think Andy was using the term "Holiday" in place of

saying Merry Christmas, Happy Hannukah (which was very early this

year...), Happy Kwanza, or whatever holiday you are actually celebrating;)

It wasn't meant as your term "going on Holiday" or our term, "going on

vacation".

Merry Christmas from Ontario Canada. Some people still without power but the roads are good for traveling We had all 22 of our children and grandchildren over last night for dinner. We all talked about how nice it would be if we were all on a cruise for Christmas. May each and everyone of you no matter were you live in the world have a fantastic day.
