Confirmed from two people on Royal Caribbean page on FB that the reason for delay is caused by delayed passengers. Azipods are working fine so they do not need extra time to make it to Nassau.

The ships that departed prior to Allure do not call at a close port like Nassau, Bahamas, so they couldn't wait as long.

No, it's not. There's definitely something next to the ship and a couple of the hatches are open. I can see people too inside the hatches.

Those are, I beleive, the same ''hatches'' that would be used if tendering took place.
