Anything worthwhile in the Diamond coupon booklet?

We haven't sailed since Nov 2012, and are looking forward to our JS on the Liberty in a couple of weeks. For anyone who has sailed recently, was there anything worthwhile in the Diamond coupon booklet? Just curious.:)

Yes, free internet! Fabulous. Your coupons are now electronic and will be loaded onto your Sea Pass. If you don't get a list of them in your cabin, you can get one from Guest Relations.

See post 2 of this thread for a complete list. There are a couple of things that are no longer offered as they have switched from the coupon books to having them automatically loaded on your Seapass card. You will get a list in your stateroom on day 1 of the coupons.

Never would have spent $25 bucks (or whatever it would have been), but it was a nice freebie memento. You can pick any photo you want.

We always use the bogo for a "splurge" glass of wine. Also the free photo and internet.

Free and bogo drinks. Phone discount makes it cheaper than using your cell phone at sea. Tux rental discount. Free photo. Oh, and how could I forget the precious SLOT PULLS!

We just got off the Infinity and they had drink coupons. It worked out rather nice. Good thing we got out of Chile when we did. We are going on a B2B on the Legend in October and it will be the first time for us as Diamond. When reading the members benefits section in C & A it says something about 25% off beer and liquor drinks. Wine and fountain drinks are free. Am I missing something? I thought drinks were free for a couple of hours in the Diamond Lounge.

Legend has a dedicated Diamond Lounge so there will be no charge for drinks.

 

The C&A section was describing the nightly Diamond event, which is only on ships without a dedicated Diamond Lounge.

I find several of them useful- free internet is enough for a quick check (30min pp) we will sometimes do the BOGO for a nice glass of wine, we each get a photo. I also like to do laundry on a 7 night or more so that discount on the 25 dollar laundry bag is nice too. We always use our BOGO at Johnny Rockets on ships that have them! Spinning to win has become kind of a cruising joke with us- we do it for the laughs because we aren't ever in the casino normally.

To make it easy to remember what we have and want to use- I cross the ones I WONT use ( match plays, bedding discounts, cookbook discounts and whatnot )

We use the wine, internet, and photo coupons. The wine coupon is bogo wine/beer/soda, so be sure to tell the servers NOT to use the coupon if you want to save it for wine (best value).

I was on the March 2nd Explorer cruise and it was still 30 minutes free internet for Diamond.

I had read the same thread that it was 45 rather than the 30. I wonder if That Op was mistaken or maybe was for a D+.

diamond plus and pinnacle members get 45 free minutes.:) Coupon books have been, or will soon be, eliminated fleetwide and benefits are loaded onto your seapass card. A information sheet listing the benefits was in our stateroom when we arrived.
