Diamond Princess - Tasmania cruise question

Interested in doing a cruise to Tassie on the Diamond Princess. On the itinerary is an afternoon of scenic cruising in Wineglass Bay. As I plan to book a balcony, can anyone who has done this cruise advise if there is best side of the ship for this? The ship will be coming from Melbourne and once we leave Wineglass Bay, we will be heading to Hobart.

I would book on the starboard side. :)

The way the ship will anchor I would suggest either AFT (view of bay) or Port (view of the mountains on the left). The ship usually anchors facing away from the bay. At least they did earlier this year.

If they drop both front anchors, then the ship will stay with the same views.

If they drop only one anchor, the ship may rotate which will change the view no matter where your cabin is.
