I am so mad.  We had 4 cruises cancelled today and all were replaced with the 405 offer.  I was just on a call for 2+ hours to be told that non of the sailings on the offer were available

I was able to call back this morning and either they fixed whatever the issue was or more staterooms were released to be eligible. I was able to change my B2B2B on the Explorer in September to a B2B on the Allure in November which lines up with an Allure we have already booked so now we are B2B2B on Allure.  I used the other one to book the Oasis on 11/3.  I guess the 3rd leg on the Explorer sailing  is not really cancelled even though it shows cancelled on our list of cruises.  It is being changed to the Indy but we are just going to cancel that one I think.  They are not giving a replacement offer for that one.

I'm getting 21RCL602 via USPS today. It's offering a comped junior suite on some 3-5 night sailings and a balcony stateroom on a bunch of others (including the two Symphony sailings we already booked comped junior suites on).

All offers:

Just found out my August 25 sailing on Explorer of the Seas is a cancel. That was a JS. I just happened to check my RCCL account. No emails, no calls. Not happy over how they handled this !

I checked RCCL website. They announced the no sail for Explorer June 4. June 4 they have list of ships that might sail. Independence first up for Galveston.

Why no contact/notice RCCL ?

I'm not a slots player but based on your math I would have to place 700 $5 bets just to win $100 rebate?

I think those of us who play slots would play them anyway, so if we get something back from the casino, it’s great. I play for entertainment purposes only.  I just claimed my “free” cruise for 2022.

This was a great idea to start this topic.

I still don't have any offers except for our annuals but that's ok as we aren't booking anything new.  Those sound like great offers, Marc.  YIPPEE !!

Nothing for us either.

I blame it on our March 2020 TA. Didn't gamble much since our son was with us

You could be onto something with that hypothesis. Our last cruise (Anthem) was cut short due to a COVID scare (false alarm) so we didn’t get much casino time on that one either.

We were STAR and I had better things to do.

So disappointed. Just got an email from Royal and or July 3 Odyssey cruise has been cancelled. Eight crew tested positive for Covid, they were vaccinated  but these cases were before the vaccine was fully effective. Disappointed.

I am so sad. All Odyssey sailings cancelled until July 31, and I am not on that July 31 cruise. Casino comped cruises are not eligible for Lift and Shift. I looked on the Club Royale website and put my booking number in, but nothing came up. Darn, I really wanted this cruise.

Two steps forward and one step back ! out of an abundance of caution, we are postponing Odyssey’s inaugural sailing from July 3 to July 31, 2021. A simulation cruise, originally scheduled for late June, will also be rescheduled.
During routine testing, eight crew members received a positive test result for COVID-19. All 1,400 crew onboard Odyssey of the Seas were vaccinated on June 4th and will be considered fully vaccinated on June 18. The positive cases were identified after the vaccination was given and before they were fully effective.
The eight crew members, six of whom are asymptomatic and two with mild symptoms, were quarantined and are being closely monitored by our medical team. To protect the remaining crew and prevent any further cases, we will have all crew quarantined for 14 days and continue with our routine testing.
Guests and travel partners will be notified and given several options to consider. While disappointing, this is the right decision for the health and well-being of our crew and guests.

UGH.  I didn't realize that.  Major bummer.  Oh well...money back is money back.  I'm going to have my TA try anyway just to see what happens.

The CDC issued statement May 11 as I recall on the positives after vax. They call these "breakthrough cases".  They issued guidelines to reduce the number of cycles on the PCR swab "test". "Too many false positives". IMHO....that has been the story all along. That is too many false positives. Portugal even said so in 34 page report in November. "Totally unreliable as a test."

I have not checked in a week or so but saw today new offer for balcony / OV cabins for sailings Sept thru Dec 2021.    All out of FL and TX.   Most are short 3 and 4 night cruises.

I would never fly to FL or TX for a short 3 or 4 night cruise even if I did a b2b but I guess there are plenty of FL/TX residents that will book these.

Our next sailing is on Oasis in Sept. out of Bayonne.   Hoping that will sail and that will be a fully vaccinated sailing.

Plus I don't want to book anything out of FL with the mix of vax/unvaxed people till I see how they do this summer.

Hopefully we will see some offers out of Cape Liberty or Baltimore in the future.

I lucked out with this offer since I could add the 4 night to my 5 night on Brilliance in September.

That's great!   I love when the offers align with my other booked sailings.

We still have to figure out what we are going to use our 2 annual freebies on.    After I know things are up and running safely I am thinking maybe we will book a December sailing and take our Son and His Fiance who have never sailed before.    We are booked for Sept, then a b2b on grandeur in Feb, then a march sailing on anthem.    So sad to only see 4 booked cruises on their site as I loved when I had 10 showing.

I think you have to book by the end of this month if you want to get the double points. Of course they could extend it. I'm hoping to get 144 points, but like you we've had 7 canceled so far.

In total we have had 13 to 15 cruises cancelled since march 2020.  We wouldnt have been on all if them I just kept booking hoping we would be sailing.

I forgot about the double pt promotion booking date ending soon.  TY for the reminder.
