Have their been any recent email offers?

I think Royal has lost my email again, I have not seen anything in a few months and never did get a level email. I know where I stand because i have been on a cruise since it started.

The last one I received was in late May, had to be booked by June 21.

Been a few offers since then that came via email.

5/18, 5/29 and 6/8 was a Junior Suite offer on a bunch of short sailings (I am headed to Havana on this offer)

5/21 was the Grapes & Games offer

6/1 was the Slot & BJ Tournament Invite

6/5, repeated 6/28, was the MaCallan Experience

6/13 was a push list with a book by 7/13.

Best thing to do if you are looking to get something booked is pick up the phone and call Casino Royale. The right agent on the phone can run through all the offers available to you. Last time I called to book I was told about two other offers that I had not seen yet.

Well I phoned the casino line to try and book my free "prime" cruise. Only to be told yes I'm prime but for some reason I don't get anything. Do I want to book anyway?? "No I want you to contact a supervisor and find out where my free stuff is, others get it so why not me" oh yeah I could do that for you. So now I'm awaiting a call or email from the higher ups lol. Really wish they'd get their systems sorted.

23 Days and still no answer for my complimentary cruise, they said good news is that you are in the prime tier, you are on the spreadsheet, your account has been reviewed, but, no offer has been loaded in the system yet! Ridiculous!

Hi All, :) Just wanted to post that Royal Caribbean (Club Royale casino) has really stepped up the offers this year. My last cruise was July 2017. I take about one cruise a year with the hubby. I gamble but nothing too crazy. I had been getting various post cards in the mail reminding me of cruising so I called last month. They looked me up. I had so many offers and I thought I would take the $1000 off one, but then the rep told me about the free inside cabin. That inside cabin deal was not one I was aware of. I said yes - It's a 7 day free (just taxes) cruise on the oasis leaving in a few days. just had to pay $211 in taxes total for me and husband. Just for the heck of it I called last week and asked about a different (outside) cabin. The price to upgrade to a spacious ocean view was only $535 for me and hubby. So I did it. Now I get a call from area code 305 yesterday and pick it up. They noticed I had booked my free inside cabin and wanted to let me know that I have earned a free balcony cabin on a new cruise and did I want to use it. (how did i earn another 100% free cruise...just from that July 2017 cruise???) I talked to my husband and we decided on the Freedom of the Seas since it went to Aruba and Curacao. I booked that for a total of $135 total taxes. That price was for both me and my husband that is $67.50 each for a 7 day cruise out of San Juan - what? I called today and said what is the cost to upgrade to a jr. suite. (on my 2nd cruise booked) Club royale said how did you get this deal, through a travel agent, I said No, you guys called me. Even the club royal desk wasn't aware of the good deals. It was only $535 (again that same number) total for two passengers, so I booked it. Yes I know I could use that money for gambling but I wanted to treat my hubby. Anyway..this post is to let you know that the deals are amazing right now and if you get a call from area code 305, please answer it! And if there is a free cabin deal, use that rather than $$ off. I play penny slots, sometimes dollar no more than $5.00 pull. occasionally I'll play 3 card poker. Can't believe I have two cruises lined up this year and paid less than I normally would for one cruise (two people) And much less if I didn't upgrade. And that is for some pretty average gambling. Btw, I gamble on land much more at Hard Rock Tampa and the loyalty program sux. I got an offer for a 3 piece bbq tool set from them and I certainly have passed through (lost) much more in their casinos than on Royal Caribbean. Note, my husband does not gamble, just me.

Excuse my excitement in this post but I wanted to share how happy i was with this loyalty program. Also - Tip - I feel like you have to call different people who may know the deals you have associated with your account. When you call, press #2..that gets you to the US agents. If you press #1, it gets you to more inexperienced agents. Just a tip

Getting ready to call in a day or two. What is the number you are calling? Think I will try it! :)

Congrats, Panda Do you happen to know how many casino points you racked up while on your July 2017 cruise? That determines your offers.

Hubby and I are both prime. We knew he was when we sailed on Freedom a few months ago, but I was told I was choice. Turns out I am prime after all - I am not sure if my play on the last sailing put me over the edge or something about the qualification changed.

We have both booked our complimentary cruises - he and I are sailing on Nov 24 on Symphony. We booked a 4U (interior with virtual balcony) and just had to pay $251.96 total for port fees and taxes. We booked the other one also on the Symphony for March 2. Our 16yo son is coming on that one so we had to pay an upgrade to get into a stateroom for 3 (3V). We had to pay $235 each + taxes and fees + $529.56 for the 3rd passenger. The total is $1250.68. I am going to keep watching the sailing to see if a room pops up that will be totally covered for passengers 1 & 2 so we do not have to pay that $470.

Some people were telling me that if a couple each had a free annual comp cruise they weren’t allowed to book 2 comp cruises. That never made sense to me. I sure hope we can each book one next year if my wife gets prime and I am Prime or Signature

I booked yesterday for February. We are both prime. He asked if I wanted to book 2 cruises or I could combine them & upgrade from inside to oceanview. We went for the upgrade, since we have too much going on to add another cruise in before the end of March, 2019.

Perhaps call again and speak with somebody else. As a prime member, you are eligible for a free cruise...

Doing a b2b on Grandeur starting Jan 3 (casino bookings using certs and free bookings)

We will be disembarking when you get on Jan 3. We are on the 12 night Christmas + NY cruise on Grandeur. This will be the last of the "good ol' days" casino rate cruise. The only casino rate I have seen lately is a meager 5% discount. Nothing like the 50 - 60% off that we used to get. Oh well. It was nice while it lasted.

Absolutely untrue. Both me and my husband booked our annual comped cruises at the same time (through our TA) on Anthem B2B.
