One of my favorite restaurants! Nothing quite like a Kona Brewing Fire Rock in one hand and your toes in the sand.

We have not eaten there since 2007 but I remember some really great cerviche

Yeah some Loyalty Ambassadors run things different than others. We asked after the welcome back party and were told to stop by her desk.

You are supposed to get it for the ship you are on when you reach 140 cruise points, not the next cruise. Call the Crown & Anchor department and ask them to send you one. We were on Oasis in January and reached 140 on the 5th day of the 7 day cruise. I checked with the Loyalty Ambassador early on in the cruise. He had a list of who would get them and it appeared in our room on the 5th day. After 140 you will get one for each additional 70 points.
