Main Dining room question

Have sailed several times on Celebrity and have three cruises booked for 2017. On our Equinox cruise for November 2017 both early and late seating dining options are waitlisted 15 months from sailing, seems odd. Are dining options being changed?

That happened to us too on the November 2016 sailing. Talked to Celebrity about another issue last week and everything worked out with our request for early seating. Could be just a standard thing to see both seatings are waitlisted.

A cruise we were watching seemed to forever be changing every time I did a dummy booking - only late available, only early available, only anytime available or some permutation of two. When we booked only late was available, we were waitlisted for early. We were told we were were number 1 on the queue by the sales agent (anything to secure the sale perhaps :D) . Two weeks after booking and 5 weeks before sailing we got early dining.

Don't know if it has any effect but keep in mind that Traditional dining is much less popular than it was years ago. This is evidenced by the fact that Celebrity just switched the floors on the dining rooms of all ships so Select is now on the lower floor where there are more seats.

Interesting.

That will please my wife, one less flight of stairs to climb for her after dinner cigarette on Deck 5

We are on the Nov 6, 2017 sailing. There are over 100 already on the roll call, and another 30 on an event page on another social media site.

There are 2 tours that are sold out in Bonaire and Aruba at 450 days out!

This is the last cruise in the Endless Summer promotion and is close to 85% booked out! Gonna be a really fun cruise.

That's funny ... we booked a November 2017 on the Equinox and were wait listed for the Anytime Dining. Hahaha ... if it is the same cruise on which you are booked, perhaps they are not planning on feeding us? :D

Actually, a couple of days after my booking I was confirmed for the anytime dining.
