Just got an interesting email from Royal...

I have two cruises booked this year.. One the end of Sept on the Majesty (4 nights), and one on the Serenade from Boston to Lauderdale (12 nights).

 

Well, I just got this email from Royal Caribbean Casino Royale for a free inside cabin on the Empress for any of 12 different cruises up until Dec 15 (A few cruises are not available).

 

I wish I could have taken one of these. A free cruise is cool. Of course the taxes and fees have to be paid by me.

 

Oh well.

I just got the same email and i cannot go either because of a prior booking past final payment. I called to see if there were any other sailings offered and that was it. I finally get a free cruise promo and can't use it LOL

I am thinking somehow this email got sent out in error. Mr Ski and I both received it. We do frequent the casino onboard but do not gamble big money....just enough to be "entertained".

I tried to book online and when I put code referenced in email, it does not work. How did you find out which sailings were available? Do you have to call?

Been on hold last 20 minutes. They must be getting a lot of responses to email. I am wondering how they chose to send emails out to with this promo.

We gamble a lot on roulette and some on slots but we are not huge spenders.

The available sailings were on the email I got. You have to call the number on the email and reference the code.

Yes I just got the email and was also surprised but already have 3 upcoming cruises booked and paid, so can not take advantage of the offer.

It wasn't an error in my case. I called about it but the dates did not work for me and there was nothing available besides what was on the email. I am not a big gambler either. I am a minimum bet kinda girl

Same here. My offer is for an ocean view cabin, we are already booked on the Harmony on December 3, and the dates just don't work for us. I hope there will be other offers in the future that will work.

Mine was an interior offer but it was legit and available on all the cruises on the email. They were all Empress sailings.
