swwake Posted November 19, 2016 #601 Share Posted November 19, 2016 Thanks for another great live review and your scopes Andrew (and Lisa)! Lots of congratulations in order to you and Owen this week - scoper of the week, BOTB and all the hockey honors! I was hoping we would book your Fall Harmony cruise, but didn't know when it was until you mentioned it here. We are on B2B Halloween and the week after. We were disappointed there was no BOTB comp on Liberty a couple of weeks ago :( I did get to watch your winning run scope. You are so smooth and stable! I aspire to that. Safe travels home and enjoy the holidays. Thanks again!
truffles2 Posted November 20, 2016 #602 Share Posted November 20, 2016 Just realized that the Tino who signed the board was NOT the AM on Harmony. Different last name....
molsonschooner Posted November 20, 2016 #603 Share Posted November 20, 2016 We went to the ice show. It was really good but nothing beats the Oasis sand artist. All of a sudden Obi-Wan Kenobi showed up. And preformed a magic trip. Bubble artist. Sent from my iPhone using Forums We have seen some really awesome performances as part of the ice show. For sure, the sand artist is amazing
Rare A&L_Ont Posted November 20, 2016 Author #604 Share Posted November 20, 2016 Jack Daniels To the cruiser who asked about Jack Daniels I spoke with a bartender at the Schooner Bar but forgot to report back and I just remembered. They sell the Honey Jack Daniels in duty free store to take home, but they don't serve it on the ship. The Schooner Bar did have regular Jack Daniels there. Keithesaan Posted November 20, 2016 #605 Share Posted November 20, 2016 It appeared that the Anthem of the Seas was parked to the outside of the Harmony? I was curious how the passengers on the Anthem got to the dock. Did that have to walk through the Harmony?

I was curious how the passengers on the Anthem got to the dock. Did that have to walk through the Harmony? LOL, she's Big but not that big. In between the two ships is the pier, so all guests on those two ships walk on that pier and then check on to their appropriate ship. This photo shows what I described. MaiseyM Posted November 20, 2016 #612 Share Posted November 20, 2016 It's such a cruel welcome back, isn't it? We came back from Hawaii this week and it was snowing yesterday. Harsh reality. dodgersmom Posted November 20, 2016 #614 Share Posted November 20, 2016 (edited) We're just back too fantastic trip and will do a full review. A few quick hits and misses... HITS Escape the Rubicon. We made it with 40 seconds left Beds. I know there was a concern about hard mattresses (we had the rock mattress on the Liberty earlier this year. These were the best, most comfortable beds on any cruise I have been on Crew. They were all awesome Park Cafe. Water slides. So much fun Abyss. Only could do it once but it's a must do Big Daddy's Hideaway Heist aqua theatre show Headliner. Tony Tillman Ice Show Karaoke Liars Club game show Finish the Lyrics game show Mobile Passport when you return. Absolutely do this WOW bands I know there's more I will come up with MISSES Windjammer. Never expect much but even my low expectations were made even lower Nightly entertainment scheduling. There were just too many gaps with not a lot to do for people who don't enjoy sitting at a bar Fine Line aqua theatre show. Nothing like the exciting AT shows on Oasis and Allure. Too much stomping in the water and not enough diving. Grease. This was a miss because we literally missed it. RC cancelled our night 2 show and rescheduled it for an afternoon sea day when we already had something scheduled which leads me to... Lafite wine tasting. We missed Grease since we prepaid for this. It was just not well organized. In the dining room so half the people had their backs to the somallier and he was so boring and unengaging. I'll come up with more when I do a review, but any questions just ask. Thelongos Posted November 20, 2016 #616 Share Posted November 20, 2016 What a great review Andrew! It was a pleasure meeting you and Lisa in person! I am sad I didn't participate in the comments of your review. My participation on cruisecritic dropped a few days before we left for South Florida. I have since read the entire review: What a wonderful and informative review! I do like that Remembrance Day Tribute! I am happy to know I'm not the only person who has a document saved for a packing list (one for Disney and one for cruises haha). I'm delighted you liked the CruisingKat gift -- it was fun sneaking up there. I cloak and daggered up there with my friend and we could have sworn we heard noise in the room when I stuck it to the door. Congrats to Owen on the Silver Stick hockey tournament award! Sorry about the snow, but you can always come down to Sarasota! I hope we can cruise together again in the future. You are a fun person to chat with!! Rare A&L_Ont Posted November 21, 2016 Author #620 Share Posted November 21, 2016 (edited) I just checked through my phone and found a few missed photos. Wifi price info. Lisa and I waving to the PTZtv webcam located on Holland House, in St Maarten. Lisa and I had a certificate waiting for each of us in our cabin on the last night. Oh, I wore my Gold Best of the Best medal all night. OK, not the entire night. In the cabin we had inaugural coffee mugs waiting for us one night. After the dishwasher at home, we had just coffee mugs. If you get one don't put it in the dishwasher. We found a place for the book that was gifted. Rare A&L_Ont Posted November 21, 2016 Author #621 Share Posted November 21, 2016 So after driving 45 minutes through weather like this we arrived at Owen's semifinal game. He scored a great goal but sadly at the end of the game they lost 3-2. Figures, we had all of our laundry done before we left that morning at 8:30. And that picture shows why I dislike winter more every year. If you could hear the wind howl outside right now you to would know why people suffer from February Blahs. Sent from my iPad using Forums Hello Andrew. Us too had this kind of welcome home late last night after a Delta airline fiasco that cause us to miss our connector in DTW. We had to spend 6 hours there for the next flight. Highlight meeting you and Lisa finally. I will now be scrolling this LIVE thread to see how you shared your Nov 12 sailing. Hope to see you on a cruise again.

Rare A&L_Ont Posted November 21, 2016 Author #625 Share Posted November 21, 2016 (edited) Stairs to the loft. On Harmony there is a light switch that turns off all the low level stair lights for the night as well as the solo light that had always been on for the other Oasis Class ships. View down the stairs. Make-up area at the top of the stairs, along with the make-up box. View from bed area to make-up and closet area. Loft bed. TV in the loft. It has a power lift and lower feature on the remote. The post that you see in the background is close to the bed, but I didn't walk into it at night. It is only found in aft loft CLS and not in port and starboard cabins.
