I have never seen the menu even in Aqua class. Basically just ask for what you like and hope for the best!

Have sailed either Concierge or Aqua over a dozen times.

 

Never seen a pillow menu.

I don't believe there is a actual "menu". On our last cruise in Aqua the bed had 4 pillows which were of 3 different firmness. 2 were very soft. We asked the cabin steward to change out the 2 very soft ones for ones with more firmness: which he promptly did.

Not sure such a thing exists.

 

Pillows we had in CC recently were very comfortable so didn't feel the need to ask what else was available.

Onboard Equinox currently. They put a one page "Concierge" sheet on the bed during embarkation. Here is a picture of the "pillow menu":

I've never seen one either, so thanks to the previous poster for the picture. I think there are (or used to be as recently as February) more options than are listed on the picture. In fact when I ask for it sometimes the room steward seems almost completely puzzled, but we have been able to request the molded memory foam pillows that we love and get them each time after abit of somewhat complicated discussion. DH has a wonderful ability to communicate with anyone regardless of what language even though he only speaks English! I guess it's his smile that's convincing :D
