framboesa Posted February 20, 2017 #1 Share Posted February 20, 2017 Maybe a silly question...If we buy one drink in one venue and we want to go to another bar or to the casino, can we carry our drink from one venue to another or do we have to finish our drink in the place where we bought it? Thanks!
Goodtime Cruizin Posted February 20, 2017 #2 Share Posted February 20, 2017 Drink & walk/wobble is permissible and you may find a pub crawl taking place on your roll call. Enjoy.

Merion_Mom Posted February 20, 2017 #4 Share Posted February 20, 2017 Yes, of course. You may carry that drink from venue to venue. Back to your cabin. Down the Promenade. Just please don't take glass into the hot tub. ;)
Lordnlkon Posted February 20, 2017 #5 Share Posted February 20, 2017 You can carry your drinks anywhere on the ship. If you end up in the crew compartment, I hear they have some pretty good parties down there :D

Retired LEO Posted February 20, 2017 #7 Share Posted February 20, 2017 Just don't plan on picking your kids up at Adventure Ocean with a drink in each hand. That's an alcohol free zone.
sockmonkeygirl Posted February 20, 2017 #8 Share Posted February 20, 2017 I'm sure some staff is aboard just to retrieve drinkware from random parts of the ship. Near stairs is a big one. People definately travel with their drinks.

The Scurvy Pirate Posted February 20, 2017 #10 Share Posted February 20, 2017 Also, don't try to sign up your kids or yourself for the flow rider with a drink in your hand. They will make you wait an hour and come back.
iahawkfan21 Posted February 20, 2017 #11 Share Posted February 20, 2017 On my last Freedom cruise, I would routinely go up to the Viking Crown Lounge and have a drink before dinner. I'd then usually get one to take with me to dinner since bar service in MDR was rather slow. Never had an issue. As others have mentioned just avoid taking glasses from inside venues out to the pool deck.

Same for Scurvy Pirate .Is this enforced ? Seems a bit extreme although I agree with the purpose .

jamesr3939 Posted February 21, 2017 #15 Share Posted February 21, 2017 You must be from Canada? I almost got arrested when I tried to carry my own drink from the bar to the table.
