We took a taxi but I'm guessing it would be about a 20-25 minute walk.

There's also a beautiful sea wall here.

 

 

Such gorgeous, rich dark colors on the sea wall. The blacks, browns and tans mesh wonderfully together.

The Bonaire Coast Guard is close by and ready to treat any bloody big toe or pinky toe.

The pool - for those that do not like to snorkel (cough Courtney cough)

 

 

 

 

The pool/beach bar has plenty of seats on each side.

The local wildlife here is famous for bringing cruise ship guests "gifts".

Believe it or not, this gets you one free drink at the Plaza Beach Resort.

It took me forever to find this. I was getting nervous.

I asked the host if Junior Suite and Grand Suite guests receive double points. All I got back was a blank stare.

Teeara, if you are into draft beer, craft beer, etc. then you would be in your glory at the District Brewhouse on the Norwegian Escape. Tons of options there.

 

LOL! I was just thinking of those Patrick Stewart commercials where the narrator cuts him off with "STRONGBOW!"

 

Never been on a Norwegian cruise, but thanks for the suggestion!
