The Mole Short Rib is amazing.

 

 

It was really chewy and fatty. I spit out about 75% of it.

 

I love mole sauce too. What a bummer. Next time I will get quesadillas or something else.

Eagle or Palm. Eagle or Palm. I still haven't decided which beach we are going to today. All those hours of research have gotten me nowhere. Leaning towards Palm right now. I have no idea why I changed overnight.

 

I have about 4 minutes to commit to one or the other.

I was on the itinerary two weeks ago and the only draft beer I remember seeing was in the pub. They had Newcastle and Heineken on tap I think. They also had Strongbow (a cider). I had a Newcastle. Don't care for the others. They do have beers that aren't on the menu. Just ask. Not much in the way of "craft" beer that I saw though. Each bar has a different selection.

The jury reached a decision this morning.

 

And the winning beach was Pal....I mean Eag.....no it was Palm, definitely Palm.

 

I'm not unhappy with my decision.

In front of Itito's water sports. The location is fine, right near the pier. I'm sure there are better spots if you get here earlier than we did. We didn't get here until almost 11 AM local time.
