Kirsten---Just discovered your thread. We have enjoyed reading about and getting caught up on your trip. Have a great time on what is left of the cruise...

Thanks! It's close but still fun to come.

So after my "the internet hasn't been too bad" post it just went to pot. I've had to log out, log in, tap dance and sacrifice a goat to try to get some consistent coverage.

I'm guessing there are quite a few people on since it's such a dreary day.

Caipirinha in the atrium after a coffee with Bailey's. I'm debating where to go for dinner. They have an Asian food buffet but the dinner menu at the MDRs also looked good. I think I'll swing by the buffet first and see if it looks good. 0c089e5c05bd4f23fb33aa678b0b6633.jpg

Have you been to any of the Fire and Ice shows? Rosie and Mac are terrific entertainers and Rosie can SING!

We came close to booking the Vancouver to Hawaii leg of the Jewel's journey to NZ and Aus.

As I sit here pondering whether to have regular cheerios or honey nut cheerios for dinner I must say I felt just a tad bit of envy? resentment? rage? as I looked at the menus. Naturally I ordered cruise food in my mind.

I did hear them at sail away from San Francisco when they were on the pool deck, really good!

Ha! I know all about that when I'm reading reviews.

If you need any emergency pain relief or prophylactic they have a vending machine right outside the port restrooms on 6 between the casino and the theatre.b4eafa02f2510e72172c1babaf5e4e48.jpg

I have never seen anything like this on any of the NCL ships I have been on[emoji16]. Do the other ship's have them and I just haven't noticed?

We were on Celebrity Infinity last September and they had a vending machine right by the infirmary with Advil, Ibuprofin, seasick pills etc. but no condoms...that's a first for me!

We are going to be on the Jewel 6/10 so I love seeing the daily papers and menus. Could you find out for me if they offer a coffee card of some sort like they do on Princess for specialty coffees? We have the UBP but that won't cover coffe drinks. If you can, I'd appreciate it.

Sadly they do not offer a coffee card.

Wound up in a long conversation with an inebriated Canadian and getting an Eastern Legacy. If you're looking for fresh drinks, I have not seen any pre-made drinks at Maltings.

Now I'm going to head on up to the spa for some soaking time.10514db3d8ad58ba606add20ac050a83.jpg044b070f2cc5f5d25c9d415d0b69c55d.jpg
