I agree......having a glass while waiting for DW to get ready puts the "free" in stress free. :-)

 

And very relaxing having a glass on the balcony during a sea day afternoon watching the waves roll past....no worries about chair hogs. ;) :p

Wonderful,the sea is mesmerising,i usually have a can of San Miguel and Pauline a cup of Hot Chocolate on our balcony.

We don't lie in the sun these days so can usually get a sunbed in the shade.

Bucky is a sun lizard...loves to lay in the sun. Me?.....I have been cut on three times and need to avoid causing any

more damage. Sigh....:o Sitting on our balcony in the shade of the overhead works for me. :)

We used to be sun worshippers then Pauline got a basal cell skin cancer which had to be cut out so now we have stopped lying in the sun,we just go shoppinggggg.

I had 3 biopsy done last Friday. Results due back end of next week

I sincerely hope you are okay.

The surgeon told Pauline it was good she got it checked because it just looked like a midge bite which wouldn't go away but it was pretty straightforward to cut it out even though it was bigger beneath the surface and they put a stitch in and now you can hardly see any mark.

I had a basal on side of nose several years ago so I knew what to look for. Pretty sure they were caught early. Doing whole body scan end of month

That sounds good, the sooner they are diagnosed the better.Hopefully the full scan will be clear.

Yup, that was the three I had cut out also. Not fun...felt like a filet of fish when they were carving on me. :o:eek:

We are enjoying a glass of wine every afternoon on our "grass patio" over looking the inlet here in Maine.

It is 71 degrees today with a nice breeze. Fresh steamed local Lobster being delivered at 5:30 today.

Oh no....hoping for the best for you John, and that they all come back negative.

 

I always hold my breath with each annual exam. Doc is watching suspicious spot on my nose that she saw just before we left for Maine. :(

Paulines GP didn't have a clue.

The GP referred her for 2 separate things and 1 on her leg turned out to be a blackhead after a little scrape.

Hopefully this 1 is okay for you but take care.

I see a dermatologist on a regular annual basis. She is a specialist, unlike my family doctor.

But I know of some people that have had their family doctor spot something early also.
