It is free for everyone including all tourists who are not asked for credit cards or insurance.

A lot of NHS specialists also work privately if you want to jump the queue.

Sigh...you can't turn on the news shows here without some mention of our health care system.

We always have an excellent annual insurance policy for cruising and visiting the US because the thought of being unwell on either with the cost for treatment is frightening.

If you log into your My Cruises account on Royal's website, click on Profile, then Gift Preferences. In the Bonus Gift Preferences section you should see your choices there.

Thanks everyone for your reply. We will do this for our up coming Explorer TP.

They go by "Passenger 1".

Do you mean when, for example, if I want to be the lead passenger on the booking? I have more points than DH but we both are D+. Other than the free beverage in the cabin I have left his gift preferences blank. Am I doing that correctly? I am over 350 points but he is not. Right now receiving towels and the RC bag each time I/we sail. Katherine

As fare as the gift preferences are concerned, you both have the same number of cruise points if you are linked.

I would make your husband's gift preferences the same as yours so you get what you want no matter who they choose as passenger #1.

Good advice, Bob. Thank you. And congratulations. Katherine
