Room safe question

How big are the room safes? I need my iPad for my extra days in Miami after the cruise. Are the safes big enough to fit an iPad?

If it fits, it usually must go in diagonally and takes up most of the space.

I have put my IPad in and seem to recall laying it flat but haven't taken it with my on last few cruises.

I stored my iPad in the safe on Adventure a couple weeks ago. It fit easily. I'd venture to say some small laptops would even fit.

An Ipad will fit...a laptop will not. Anything you need locked up that WON'T fit in the safe, simply lock in an empty suitcase.

My daughters iPad would NOT fit in safe on Serenade or Brilliance, cant remember if it did on Allure's safe

And if it won't ...really no need for concern...just put it in a drawer...your cabin steward has no interest in your electronics ...many people leave them out in view.

We always bring an I pad and other electronics and never felt the need to lock that stuff in the safe. Wallets, passports and jewelry yes, electronics no.

I took my iPad last summer on the Anthem. The tricky part for me was maneuvering it every time to get it into the safe. But once I did that, it did fit inside the safe.

I've never put phone or ipad in safe and never had a problem, 10+ cruises with electronics.

Yup, I have left a laptop plugged in and in view on many cruises. I'm more concerned about my fellow passengers than my room steward.

We could not easily fit our iPads in the safe on Navigator.
