kazzam Posted November 5, 2018 #1 Share Posted November 5, 2018 Hi , does anyone know how long before sailing bookings for iFly & North Star become available?
The_Big_M Posted November 5, 2018 #2 Share Posted November 5, 2018 Not a specific time, but around 3 months out.
Rare BirdTravels Posted November 5, 2018 #3 Share Posted November 5, 2018 They both sell out really fast when offered. Keep watching your cruise planner. We were fortunate to get a NorthStar shortly after leaving NY harbor on the Anthem with beautiful views. The next day (sea day) riders were treated to fog.
Biker19 Posted November 5, 2018 #4 Share Posted November 5, 2018 Don't be surprised if it never makes it on the planner. If you follow the Roll Call thread for your sailing, someone may announce it there.
Wine-O Posted November 5, 2018 #5 Share Posted November 5, 2018 When we boarded, they had 4 podiums set up as you enter TWO70 signing up people for various shows and events. That's when we signed up for the Escape Room which was never offered thru the cruise planner. That's where I would head as soon as you board if you want to do these two.
lovescats5 Posted November 7, 2018 #6 Share Posted November 7, 2018 You can also go to North Star and iFly every so often to see if anyone has cancelled. It is easier to get on the North Star later in the cruise but it was never full every time we were scheduled. iFly is the same. My husband and son just went to the booking desk at iFly and checked to see when people had cancelled. I know on the last day of the cruise they were able to fly 4 or 5 times (they got hooked the first day) so you will always be able to do both activities.
lakelorain Posted November 7, 2018 #7 Share Posted November 7, 2018 Go to the North Star as soon as it opens on boarding day around 1. You should be able to walk right on. We've done it twice.
