Wake-up call?

Yes, and it couldn't be any easier.

Just push the wake-up call button on the phone and key in the (4 digit - 24 hour) time you want to be awakened.

e.g., 0620 for 6:20 am, or 1820 for 6:20 pm

It is very reliable.  Have used this on cruises for years and never a problem.

You ill be prompted to press1 for am. You will then hear the wake up time and prompted to press 1 if correct.

Sorry to start a new thread but the search utility is acting weird.  Does the Equinox have the ability to set wake-up calls to the room phone?

Even if the format for entering your wake-up call time varies from one cruise to another, there is no need for concern because it will prompt you, telling you which format to use each time.

No hunting around to find the reliable room phone which is always right there beside the bed (unlike my cell phone, which tends to wander off on its own and hide from me sometimes).😳

Plus the room phone will stay on ships time if it isn't the same as shore.

On longer cruises with several time changes we often check what time it is on the phone as we wake up! Loosing a full Wednesday on a TP was very disorienting!

Never had a problem getting a wake up call on Celebrity. Just follow the prompts.  If you want to cancel it you need to call guest relations.

I don't think it's true on Millennium-Class but you may cancel a wake up call on Solstice-Class and Edge--without contacting Guest Relations--by pressing the wake-up call button and following the prompts...  If you have a previously scheduled wake-up call, the system will recognize it and ask if you want to cancel it...
