Norwegian Escape to Florida and the Bahamas

Thanks so much for all this Bird, I am sailing the first trip back to the Bahamas in the Fall with family that have never cruised. Your play by play and wonderful pictures of the Dailies and food will help them get excited. I will be tuning in daily to see what fun your having. Can you tell me if they still have separate trays for "Bacon" and "Crispy Bacon" in the buffet on the Escape? They didn't have them on the Bliss in February and I was SO BUMMED!

In September on the Escape both sides of the buffet had "Bacon- Limp" "Crispy Bacon" and "Turkey Bacon". Maybe things have changed, I hope not

Yes, I was on the Escape in October and they still had both "bacon" and "crispy bacon", but on the Bliss in February they did not so I am worried they removed it fleet-wide since October.

Yes. There are still separate trays of crisp and non-crisp bacon. Along with a couple of stations with British Bacon.

Wine Lovers the Musical is preformed on both sea days in the Supper Club. [Lots of] wine, food and laughter.

This week, one of the wine makers is onboard servicing a special menu and paired wines at Ocean Blue one night.

OK,,,, cruising with kids is hard work. Need some “Mommy and Daddy” time?  Make sure you enroll your kids in the Splash Academy and check them in on embarkation day so they will make friends.

The gangway was at the forward stairwell on Deck 7. However, we were directed along Deck 7 to enter through a crew entrance into the casino, Midship.
