megsie Posted May 14, 2019 #4 Share Posted May 14, 2019 Just saw her in the background of the news and hasn’t left yet. Departure time was supposed to be 4pm on Sydney cruise schedule. Sydney looks beautiful by night for her though.
Rare MicCanberra Posted May 14, 2019 #5 Share Posted May 14, 2019 Great pics, perhaps they were waiting for a pre cruise excursion to arrive or even waiting until after harbourside peak hour
Rare OzKiwiJJ Posted May 14, 2019 #6 Share Posted May 14, 2019 I saw a post elsewhere saying she would be late arriving due to rough seas in the Tasman and the departure time was adjusted accordingly.
megsie Posted May 14, 2019 #7 Share Posted May 14, 2019 Just read they were going to be late arriving into Sydney this am due to 7 m seas and some glass damage. Late afternoon check ins. Safe travels to all.
Rare MicCanberra Posted May 14, 2019 #8 Share Posted May 14, 2019 That would explain it. Hopefully they get her fixed properly before she leaves.

One of the stained glass ceiling panels in the atrium broke loose and smashed. It will probably take a while to get a replacement made. I'm certain they have already checked all the other panels are secure.

Well the ship was ok, but the Noordam food presentation and quality not so. Probably the worst tucker I have had on a ship, I actually lost 3 kg. First and last HAL cruise. Wakkiki was very expensive.
