Djptcp Posted June 11, 2019 #1 Share Posted June 11, 2019 After several weeks of unsuccessfully trying to make a payment in Already Booked, I finally found a way to do it. Go to My Account, select My Bookings, then Upcoming Cruises, Payment Schedule, Manage Payments, and voila! Make a Payment. The booking amount is listed and what has already been paid and what the balance is. There is another thread on this problem with numerous other passengers expressing frustration at trying to make payments in Already Booked. However, I thought a new thread might catch peoples' eyes who have been frustrated with the HAL website. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
dfish Posted June 11, 2019 #2 Share Posted June 11, 2019 I think they fixed the glitch. I was able to check balances for both of my booked cruises. In the past, using the sequence you described, I only got to the page to view itinerary, buy shore excursions, etc. What a pleasant surprise this morning! If I go in under Already Booked, it only has an option to Make Payment on the cruise that I haven't paid off yet. Perhaps that's the difference.
