Harmony Concierge

I have not received a concierge email for my upcoming Harmony trip. We leave in exactly one week. I kept waiting , however, this is getting close . Only thing I care about is a few reservations. Does anyone have their email? Thank you.

The initial email usually comes during the previous sailing- I would wait until at least tomorrow.

We generally get email 3-5 days before our cruise.

Last year on the Harmony we got the email 5 days before sailing.

Bob,  How frequently is this list updated?  I have seen it before but have not looked recently.  Thanks, Grace

Same here...we get our email at 5 days.  They will wait until previous cruise as already commenced to send out emails to the next cruise sail date.

When i hit the 7 day window i emailed the concierge with my dining reservations and comedy club. ( i had the ultimate dining plan) When i got on-board i checked all my reservations with the first restaurant i came to. I then went to suite lounge introduced myself and thank the concierge for his help. (With a handshake and a tip)

Did the concierge reply back confirming your reservations for CK? That's what I e-mailed them about but haven't received confirmation.
