Do you mind,I've just had my breakfast in this timezone, lol.

I trust it was a full English Brian, or perhaps a full Italian.  Nearly happy hour here, 4.33pm, 27 minutes to go for red wine time, perhaps a cheap Argie Malbec.

Have a nice day young fella.

The sign says 'Any Form of Diaper.'  Now that would include 'Seniors Diapers' as well not just Kiddies ones.😲  What a ghastly thought.

Who is going to turn these blokes away.

Yeah, take a look at this on the wall adjacent to the gym pool on the Crown Princess.

Last one in is a sissy.

I've only used a cruise ship spa once and that was on Celebrity Solstice in the adults only inside pool. The only reason I was using it was because I'd pulled something in my back in Auckland, then had a massage in Paeroa on our first port stop which sorted the back out but left me feeling a bit achy overall so I though a hot soak would help. So I found a fairly quiet hot tub and was enjoying the relaxing warmth when a women comes along with toddler in tow and pops him in the hot tub, nappy and all! Yuck! I got out immediately and told one of the pool attendants.

Quote: Now Princess are Americanized so they say diapers instead of nappies.  Perhaps the signs should be changed to 'nappies' for the 'ships operating here.

Hey that's a great idea. Where do people get these helpful suggestions from?

Princess Cruises in Australia will now use Australian currency and have senior's nappies available in the shops.

Please, get your terminology correct. Seniors don't wear nappies, they wear liners, pads, pouches, pants, briefs or underwear according to the descriptions in the supermarket online shopping directories. 😋

Yes very good value, I drink a lot of that, every day quaffer. They export a lot of that to USA/UK as well.

Those lads have visited too many cruise ship buffets.  They are bursting out of their diapers, or are they nappies?

Hunter Valley wines should be hunted out of the valley in my opinion. That raspberry cordial stuff is priced accordingly.

The best wines in Australia are from Margaret River in W.A. But they are priced out of the market so no one gets to drink them.

Granted that wine like McGuigan, made for the export market, are a touch sweet, the way the Americans like their wine.  The McGuigan Black Label Pinot Grigio is particularly sweet.  I like the Margaret River Wines, but as you say outpriced,  I have been in that region a couple of times.    I like the Houghton White Burgundy, been around for years, but not allowed to call it burgundy these days, Hardys Dry White or something.   We shall be in Margaret River in Feb on Majestic Princess, Sydney -Singapore.  I will do a winery tour I think.

Oh dear what a thread hijack, balconys to wine? 🤐

Quote 2 Wine and balconies go together very well.

My advice is to try and get to a Coles or Woolworths liquor store and buy a couple of local bottles to consume on your balcony over the next two nights. $40 a bottle should do it.
Don't even think of farm gate prices at the wineries.
But you must  go to the customer desk and register that you haven't bought your two allowable bottles on board from the Hunter Valley that would have been purchased in Sydney.
Tell them that you are from NSW and they will sympathetically understand.

I never buy wines at the cellar door, overpriced, although I like to visit and taste.   I wine shop at Dan Murphys or 1st Choice Liquor, on line or if out of town travelling, Dan Murphys @ Bega or Queanbeyan.   No big wine store down here yet, although Dan Murphys is supposed to come next year. Currently we only have the grog departments at Aldi, Woolies and Coles, but nothing wrong with those, plenty of choice and bargains.

Nothing wrong with buying from a cellar door if the price is right, sometimes it is the only way to get some of the more specialised wines. However, if available at a local wine dealer or supermarket grog section for cheaper, then that is even better.

Wise words Mic, that is how I see it.
