Unable to access HAL website

Just tried to go to Mariner account and got this:
 

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.hollandamerica.com/en_US.html" on this server.

Any idea what that means?

That shouldn't matter. All you really need is hollandamerica.com

Try a different browser or device. I use Google Chrome on my laptop PC and have no difficulty.

I have no problem, agree with others. My IPAD or IPHONE is fine.

If the problem persists and you haven't already called HAL for help, I'd suggest you try that.  Good luck.

Did you type the address or follow a link? Just entering hollandamerica.com should forward you to the secure (https) site. If you're on a company network or a VPN, it's possible that's blocking you.

Now their website loads fine.  Just another of their quirks I guess.

The old website was nothing special but it worked. Orlando's team junked it and put in this terrible one, which has had many bugs, though fewer now. It's poorly designed and not user-friendly.

 

Kind of like the Crow's Nest fiasco on the larger ships!

I usually get that message using Chrome on my laptop. If I change to Foxfire and use an incognito tab, then the HAL site works fine. Today, though, it worked on Chrome no problem.

Yesterday I got into the website fine but when I tried to complete my January cruise check-in information in the account section, it simply would not work.  After several tries I gave up.
