I am Happy to report that after a few trip to GS This issue has been resolved! YAY! Everything is back!

Glad to hear this.

I was going to ask you what the F&B Manager had to say when you brought this to his attention, because for a problem like this he would seem to be the first stop in getting it solved.

about 4-5 weeks ago, john heald posted this list which shows which is inlcuded with cheers and what is not:

* means it is Included in Bottomless Bubbles & Cheers packages.
+ Included in Cheers! drink package only

Pepsi*
Diet Pepsi*
Pepsi Zero Sugar*
Caffeine Free Pepsi*
Diet Pepsi Caffeine Free*
Sierra Mist*
Sierra Mist Zero Sugar*
Mug Root Beer*
Diet Mug Root Beer*
MTN Dew*
Diet MTN Dew*
Bubly Lime Sparkling Water*
Bubly Grapefruit Sparkling Water*
Bubly Orange Sparkling Water*
Naked Green Machine

Naked Mighty Mango
Naked Strawberry Banana
Half Naked Lively Greens
Half Naked Peach with Ginger
Pure Leaf Honey Green Tea+
Pure Leaf Tea & Lemonade+
Pure Leaf Unsweetened Black Tea+
Pure Leaf Sweet Tea+
Gatorade Lemon Lime+
Gatorade Fruit Punch+
Propel Electrolyte Water+
Propel Strawberry Raspberry+
Propel Peach Mango+
Starbucks Frappuccino+
Starbucks Double Shot Espresso+

With the new ship, new beverage lineup and new staff/crew member it often takes time for the changes to take into effect

My understanding from this quoted post:

Drinks with * are included with both Bubbles and Cheers.  These are "fizzy" drinks (probably offered in cans), but specialty bottled drinks & coffee are not covered by Bubbles.

Drinks with + are included with Cheers and includes specialty teas, coffees, Gatorade, and Propel (probably offered in bottles for cold drinks).

Specialty juices (Naked drinks) are not covered by any program.

This seems similar to the existing guidelines which excludes fresh squeezed juice from Cheers.  If OP received everything included it sounds like an error was made the first day, but Carnival was willing to extend good will and include the drinks for this cruise only.

Your interpretation is correct, but it would seem there was some confusion about some of the products included in Cheers and even in Bubbles for that matter - things like Bubly for example.

its called a rum and COKE for a reason

What does that have to do with whether Starbucks Frappuccino (along with others) are included in Cheers?  I think you may have replied to the wrong post?

OP- glad it got worked out.  That would be frustrating if they were already not honoring what is posted.

You've obviously never been to the deep South.  Where Coke is Coke.  And Pepsi is Coke.  Even Sprite is Coke.

"What do you want to drink?"

"Coke"

"What kind of Coke?"
