Can I access my perks in Cruise Planner

Hi,

Is there any way to access my perks in the cruise planner? I see onboard credit listed but not other perks. Alternatively, will Celebrity email me an amenity confirmation or does that have to come from travel agent?

My experiences have always been when we get the bundled perks the only one that ever shows in my CP is the OBC. I have requested the costumers copy of the invoice directly from Celebrity even when I use a TA.

They get unbundled about a week before you sail, but you (or your TA) can ask celebrity to do it earlier.

If your reservation is with a TA you will have to get the confirmation of benefits from them.  X will not discuss with you anything related to your reservation once it's with a TA.  TA is being paid to provide the service.

Actually, they do.  I always book with a TA.  I call X  and tell them I don't see my perks and ask if they are, indeed, there, if they see them.  I then ask if there's a way they can  put them on my cruise planner.  Sometimes they say yes, and other times they send me an email verifying that they're there.

Agree. I've never had an issue calling (Captains Club desk) and  requesting and getting a copy of my invoice Emailed to me.  I request only that as I'm well aware of Celebrity's policy concerning bookings that are transference or made with a TA.

I don't often find online until just before cruise.  

 

I do however always see them on my On-Board Booking Confirmation

 

 

Other times it is broken out in the body of the fare calculation.

I was looking online for the booking information in my cruise planner. I will try Captain’s Club or contact travel agent for the paperwork. Thanks for all the replies.

Just to update. When I called Captains Club, they were willing to tell me information about perks but would not email me the booking confirmation. I will get that from  my travel agent. Thanks again.
