Un-printable luggage tags on cruise personaliser fix

Having been informed by P&O that there is a technical issue with luggage tags on the cruise personaliser being unprintable for some customers, I feel it may be of help if I shared the fix I have found instead of P&O option of getting to the port and trying to find someone who could give me some tags.

 I have this advice that should be of use to other customers experiencing the same issues. If you right click in the blank area of the PDF and select "copy", then open MS Paint and "paste" the image; it can then be cropped to correct size and printed. Hope this is of help to you.

I press print screen ‘prt sc’ and paste into Word, then enlarge.

Still waiting for our for our April cruise.  Tried to double check on CP that I had pressed the button to receive the brochure, and can no longer the section where to do that.

 

Had a look a look at the other cruises we have booked which are more than 12 weeks away from sailing, and can no longer find the options to choose posted booklet or electronic version.

I'm in the same boat for my mid-March cruise. I had definitely pressed the button to still receive a printed brochure, but when I subsequently went to check a few weeks later I couldn't find the button again.  As my cruise is now only three weeks away, I suspect I won't be getting a brochure. I suppose phasing them out is another cost-cutting measure. Personally I'd have been happy if they would just send me the luggage labels, which wouldn't cost them much.

Yes I found same but I made a change to my address and then it appeared again only to disappear next time I looked.So dont know if we will get the brochure in the future definitely ticked to receive brouchure
