Problems with cruise critic website

Anyone else having problems.   When I log in via Safari on my Mac or ipad I get a double page.  One a see through list of topics then underneath the usual home page.  However I cannot click on anything. There is a red banner at the top saying "We are fixing some issues".  This has been going on for last couple of days.  I am currently logged in via Firefox and all seems to be well.

I had that yesterday on my IPhone. Today all is back to normal.

I am having the same problem on the I Pad & Phone & it is still on going.

On my main computer I logged on to the boards on the US site & the site is working normally

I had that problem yesterday on my iPad, after some time I cleared all historical logins turned off and back on again, logged in and since then it has been OK.

It was always OK on my PC.

Had it  the other day on  ipad but was ok on phone. I did a search and they said clear cookies, never done that in my life but went into settings clicked Safari and then scrolled down to clear History and Website data, and I clicked on that.

It worked and cleared  the problem but I now have sites that I use often, asking for cookie acceptance!

Same here. Can’t get signature to update. I have tried all the fixes mentioned here.

This worked for me on IPad 

 

Go to your mail inbox.  

Click on the Email from CC advising on a comment.

Open it

Scroll down to GO TO POST

Click on it

You will load and go to the CC post without double screen vision

Scroll up to Forums - Click on it

Open

Then to the top of screen and click on Save to Favourites

New App Created - Edit name

Deleat old App

This worked only temporarily on my MAC but now seeing double screen again. Do not have the problem when using CHROME, only with Safari

Same here on my iPad, but asked my son and he”fixed” it, so can’t offer any further advice unless you want him to come round and have a look! Be prepared for a roll of the eyes though😂

My mac is OK, through the top page banner is all strange, got the same double print view on my iPad and iPhone and nothing will fix them

Same here, but if I click on a CC notification email, I can see everything OK and can navigate using the Forum Jump box at the bottom of the page.

We have had the same problem for at least a couple of days via Firefox, but Chrome has been o.k.

 

Thought Firefox was fixed this morning, but as soon as I clicked on a page other than the main Forum page I again had a double vision unusable screen.
