It's like screaming at the cashier of a super market instead of talking to the manager. Call and talk to a representative. The facebook bots are probably overwhelmed and not reaching the special social reps who are the last to have the current information.

Do you have any idea of the sheer volume of calls they are getting today...all with the same outcome because they do not have answers yet?  I tried to log on to the website to see if my upgrade went through for may sailing in a few weeks and the site was pretty much crashed.  Everywhere I went in my reservation I got an error message.  Take a deep breath and let them get through their meeting with government tomorrow...after that I am willing to bet some sort of new policy will be announced.

I have no problem getting onto NCL website.   My TA even called them today to get me a dining package added to my cruise as it was free.    Took a few minutes.  So maybe someones having internet issues.
