Seen the green flash (green ray) at sea?

I used to have bioluminescence in my canal when I lived in the Keys.  It's wasn't common though; I maybe saw it 3 or 4 times a year.  But when it did appear, it was pretty cool.

Once you go out ‘Deep Sea’ into the miles away from anywhere zone with almost zero light pollution it is quite amazing what you can see.

A Lunar Halo, and very rarely a double halo were quite spectacular.
Phosphorescence was not unusual.  

The green flash was an occasional phenomena.

The most unusual natural phenomena I ever saw was in the Caribbean ... we were in poor weather and nearing the Mona Passage, when we suddenly had seven waterspouts     form a couple of miles away. One? Yes. Two? Occasionally .... but seven! Ridiculous.

I've seen the green flash once on the beach in Hawaii and at least twice on cruise ships.  Beautiful.

One time at Sandals Negril. We were walking to dinner and one of the staff was running up and down the beach yelling, "get your camera's, it's going to flash." I had no idea what they were talking about. But then it happened. Just incredible. It was like a movie effect.

We’ve seen it many times on the Big island of Hawaii.  But one of the clearest was in the Caribbean off the aft of the Royal Princess.   I think being higher up made it more obvious.

And, over the years, the rainbows, sometimes a double rainbow, and don't forget the beauty of the night sky :  I've been blessed.  I have seen them all.  The handiwork of our Heavenly Father at its finest.
