Tired of email from CCL saying reservation needs attention

I have gotten over the last month at least 3 emails saying my booking needs attention.

And they have a RED box to select to make a payment now.

So I checked my reservation  and final payment not due until August.

 

Really hate this begging and urgency coming in emails. They are really desperate now.

That doesn’t sound like a marketing email to me.

It is. I get them all the time, too. The subject is actually “Your Cruise Needs Your Attention.” They are trying to get you to purchase excursions and other pre-cruise items. That’s all.

What concerns me is that I continue to receive that Email after the we are so sorry your cruise has been cancelled. Makes me think the marketing has no linkage with reservations.

They look to me like they are trying to get you to make an Easy Pay payment, even though we never signed up for Easy Pay.

 

Mildly annoying, but not a big deal.

Yep - I had a text message last week reminding about final payment for our August 2020 cruise on Carnival Radiance out of NYC. Uh ... no. I figure it's an automated message that just didn't get taken out of the system. No real harm - just a sad reminder that vacation isn't happening this year.😥
