FCC applied to an already booked cruise, can it be recalled?

Our TA was in the process of applying our FCCs to final payment when the cru was cancelled, they were able to undo the transaction. They did it in a matter of hours, not sure if that makes a difference.

Your best bet is to either have your TA (if used) or you call X to find out what the policy of the hour is for something like this.

What does the 'Fine Print' say? What about the website?

I Am sure there is a technical answer to your question in one of these places and quite 'possibly' a flexible answer pending on who contacts X about this.

bon voyage

It may depend on what you are doing with the original reservation.   I had FCC's from a cancellation prior to Covid and I asked questions about the FCC regarding cancelling a reservation where the FCC was applied.   I was informed that as long as it was prior to the "Use By" date on the original FCC and prior to final payment it could be reapplied to another sailing.   I believe there are statements similar to this in the current FAQ's.

Now if you are not cancelling the original reservation OR you are inside final payment the answer may be different.   If you are trying to get it back and it's the 125% from a suspended sailing so you can convert to a refund or use Lift & Shift then I doubt you will get satisfaction.
