Trouble contacting Princess

Has anyone tried contacting Princess today? I just tried calling (800) 774-6237 and (866) 335-6379 and got a strange recording  "the owner of this mailbox is not accepting messages".

Tried a few times.   Anyone else experienced this?

Here’s the statement at the top of their homepage:

In North America, 1-800-Princess (1-800-774-6237) is currently experiencing technical issues. Please call back tomorrow for urgent questions and next week for any service needs.

John Chernesky from Princess posted this on Facebook on Saturday.  I wonder what is going on at Princess this weekend with the phone system and website sign in not working.

Travel advisors:
We are currently experiencing technical difficulties and are unable to receive calls in our call center. Please call back Monday, August 17th, during normal business hours. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

The issue may be power outages in California.  https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.nbclosangeles.com/news/california-news/california-power-grid-electricity-outages-rotating-outages-blackouts/2413427/%3famp

The area in So. Calif. where Princess headquarters are, is experiencing several large wildfires. The heat wave and thunderstorms may be complicating the problem.

Pandemic, wildfires, scorching temperatures, rolling blackouts… What’s next ?  Godzilla?  Just please, no large earthquakes!
