Club Royale C&A tier level is incorrect

The site is now empty, so maybe they’re trying to fix whatever it is.  So very typical of how they do things.  Like we used to say at my employment: ready, fire, aim!

It’s not points because people are listing all kinds of numbers that don’t correspond to the number of points they say they have.   Maybe it will be points one day, but I can tell you that they need more than three digits

It's a work in progress.  Hopefully their IT people will eventually get it right.  I'm not sure that it will matter as all that should matter with clubroyale is our status with casino. Prime, signature etc.

I put an arrow by the new columns.  When I sign in, it shows me as Gold (I'm Emerald) with 22 points (Should be 78).  My C&A Account still shows the correct level and points, just the casino site shows the wrong info.

Thanks EllaDuChien.  I do not see the Tier or INDIVIDUAL/RELATIONSHIP columns on my club royale page.  I will try a different browser.

I know people have asked to be able to see their total number of  casino tier points. I wonder if that is part of what this new column was intended to be?

Now that would be a nice feature.  I checked both of our c&a numbers on the clubroyale site and those 2 new columns are now gone.

I had the same thought.  The column label of 'Tier' indicates they were going for CR Tier as opposed to C&A Level.

Hoping the points (When updated) will actually be casino point totals and not cruise points.
