Club Royale C&A tier level is incorrect

Recommended Posts

While looking at the Club Royale offer  site, I see that they now list  a crown and anchor tier level. My C&A tier level as listed is incorrect. I don’t believe there are any casino offers that are tied to crown and anchor tier level, so is this something I need to call and have changed or just let it be.

thx

Mine and my husband's are also wrong...plus there is a new offer showing that I didn't know about.  Any idea what the individual/relationship is ?

Both of us are D+.  Like you, I don't think your C&A level has anything to do with your CR status, but it is a bit disconcerting that the information is incorrect, given that your CR number is now the same as your C&A number.  It seems like there should be continuity between the 2 !

Thanks, I am reluctant to call. Any time I call about one thing,  it seems to make another situation worse.

I also do not know what the individual/relationship numbers mean.

seems if they were going to put some new code/numbers on our offer page,  that they would let us know what it means

It is possible that the column is not large enough to show the “plus”, but they can see it on the computer.

No, those that are listed as diamond plus, have the actual words diamond plus (The word plus under the word diamond) on the tier. It is not a space issue.

I called earlier today because ours are also incorrect and the casino rep said not to worry, it shouldl be fixed in about 24 hours. He explained that the last column with the numbers did not seem to match anything, but could mean you spend time in the casino on every cruise, my numbers are different from my husband's numbers, so, who really knows!

Not points, not cruises, not nights.  baffled!

Hmmm...Mine is exactly the number of past cruises plus my currently booked cruises.  Not the correct points or tier levels.  Mine says "Gold 22/22" and I currently have 17 past cruises and 5 upcoming cruises.

Wish they would bring back the listing of applicable sailings.  How can we redeem  when we don't know the sailings that are eligible.

You can see the offer details.   Go to the far right and click on view itinerary.   You will get a list of sailings.   I like this new feature.  I think it was added in August.

Once again, I am confused re: the data being wrong somewhere.  Our C&A info is correct in our account and there is no reference on our club royal offers site about C&A teir.  What site is the incorrect info appearing on?

I put an arrow by the new columns.  When I sign in, it shows me as Gold (I'm Emerald) with 22 points (Should be 78).  My C&A Account still shows the correct level and points, just the casino site shows the wrong info.
