Koningsdam - Workout/Spa Facilities

Hey Cruisers!

Quick question, how would rate the Koningsdam Workout/Spa Facilities? I am a serious lifter (though friendly in the gym) and I wanted to know how large the workout area is,  are there free wights or just machines? What is the spa area like, are the facilities CO-ED or Single sex?

No cruise ship is going to meet the needs of a serious lifter. But the larger HAL ships are not bad at all...certainly better than the older ships.

Gyms are well equipped.  Spa areas are coed, however the saunas are single sex, and have those awesome windows.

I loved that view from the Sauna.  Most days I had it to myself, I don't think people could find it.

Unfortunately the best kept secret on the ship. Worth the search!

The thermal suite was our favorite place on the ship.  We went there every day.
