My Aunt has been on one Carnival cruise (with me) and my mom primarily a RC cruiser are both getting way better offers than me (Platinum).  Both are being offered free balconies with drinks all over the ship.  Mine is free inside with drinks in the casino.  I know it is because they blew a ton of money in the Casino, I spent some but not near their levels.

We are not gamblers so I totally ignore all of the offers that the gamblers brag about between free drinks, free or cheap balconies, etc.

Learned a long time ago that I don't make the rules, I just play the game and the game is frustrating at times.  Was hoping that my B2B for August would not sail so I could earn 600 for each cancelled cruise as Carnival has given out over the past 15 months to a plethora of cruisers.

@SNJCruisers Totally unrelated to this topic but I came here looking for you G!  I just booked Celebrity for August and it made me start thinking about people we've met on cruises. I hope you guys are doing well ... looking forward to following your upcoming sailing on Royal!

Our Royal cruise for August on the Oasis was cancelled and I flipped it with the 125% FCC to next June.  Luckily we got the 25% kicker because the price went up that much.

Are you going to go on the B2Bs or get a refund?

No refund.  I flipped my 1000 in refundable deposits to a B2B for next year on the Mardi Gras, 8/27 & 9/3.   Will have 300 in OBC for each leg via 200 from OV8 code and 100 from stock.

I don't either because I can assure you what they blew on the 4 day cruise was more than I am paying for the last one and the next I have scheduled 😉 I do gamble, but I play and then walk the ship a bit, gamble then go dance, gamble and go grab a slice of pizza, etc.  I don't just sit for hours on end throwing my money in the air, lol.  I have a budget I stick to.
