How about looking into getting a C-Pap, get tested and fitted for one, it could save you life.

pro-tip for traveling with noisy sleepers...the beds fit on the balcony on Quantum class ships. Dawn comes early but there is no sweeter sleep than listening to the sea.

 

You do need to bring it back in every morning though.

Yes, I remember that sad story. Passed away at the young age of 43. His widow has been doing much to raise awareness about sleep apnea.  A C-pap can be a life saver!

Yes, my second leg on that one, and my fourth out of five cruises, so I'll be looking mighty rumpled by the time you see me!   There's only so much you can do when you're washing clothes in the bathroom sink! LOL

It makes sense to offer that now as they have limits on the numbers of passengers, they keep the #’s the same but utilize the unused cabins. 
It’s a shame they don’t offer the option to combine cabins to upgrade to a suite, people ask for that all the time.

Before the pandemic:
 

Actually, getting off between B2B cruises to do laundry at a laundry mat in PC or Ft. Lauderdale was easy. You can find many people who drive to the port that would drop you off at the laundry mat. Uber or cab back. 
Both cities have laundry mats less than 2 miles once you get out of the port area. 
Easy Peasy.
