Amuse your bouches, cleanse your palates and app your tisers! 😉

For all you foodies out there I have taken a lot of food and drinks photos on our Greek islands cruise.

Needless to say, we are currently writing from our local branch of the Betty Ford Clinic where our next fat fighters class is about to start.

Thank you M&P for great pics and info. Thank you Lois R for all your input. I hope to be able to sit at bar in Salt. Thank you CCers for your help. I"m a first time Silversea cruiser and board Moon 8/27. I'm sailing alone and selected GTY/Vista. Just yesterdayI was assigned 947.

Fabulous photos - thanks for sharing!

SO envious of all those whom have been able to enjoy the Moon thus far.

Just when I thought I might be able to get away for one of the September voyages, business travel is starting up again, alas. So, I'll need to continue living vicariously through everyone's anecdotes and photos for now.

Yes, thanks for the food porn.  Which was your favorite dining venue?

Sorry, Gourmet Gal, I missed your question.

Well, this time for me it's impossible to pick a favorite dining venue as all the different restaurants were superb. Very European, very light, excellent dishes all over the ship. And that comes from someone who is very selective and fast with critique 😉.

The SALT concept is super modern, creative and a real game changer. That being said it's very hard for La Dame to come up with something that is really better/fancier than what the other restaurants already have to offer.

We didn't even try Hot Rocks because it was simply way too hot to sit outside (40 deg in Greece).

I would also like to mention that the (included) wines all over the ship were very very good. SALT alone has 60 different wines in stock. If there was a wine I didn't like initially I was offered several other choices. The local Greek wines were excellent as were the Italian choices.

Hope that helps.

All the best.
