I booked with NCL direct as we have a large group with 5 cabins. Not all in our party have these in our reservation.

Hmmm 🤔 Interesting that they would not have at least some of the same codes. We also have 5 cabins for our group, so our travel agent has booked a larger block of rooms. We may be awarded additional perks or benefits if/when she fills the additional rooms in the block.

 

 I believe that the majority of the codes on our reservations are the same, but my parents have the military discount and a shareholder OBC that we don’t. They have that OBC in addition to the one that the travel agent “gifted” to each cabin.

These codes are not discount codes you would apply yourself, they are internal codes NCL uses to describe what perks or discounts you have.

As a TA, I can tell you that a lot of the missing codes are in fact group codes. Anything with AF is an affinity group (vs a Speculative or SPEC group) so

AFBDSIBC = AFfinity Bev Dining Shore excursion Internet BalCony and above

BROCHURE = Brochure rate (which nobody pays)

DEPOSIT B = the group deposit schedule that is chosen when the group is created

EJFCC-20 = Extended Journey FCC for 20% off (I have this on my personal booking. It was an FCC coupon that was issued from an NCL- canceled cruise. The normal FCC's or coupons from canceled cruises are 10% off, but this was good for 20% off a 9-night or longer itinerary)

GAP000 = Group Amenity Program or GAP with 0 points (points can be used for extra amenities)

GROUP = Means it is a group booking 

FIT = Free Independent Travel (meaning an individual reservation not booked as part of a group) so

FITOBC = is an FIT booking with OBC. The amount of OBC depends on the promotion that was in effect at time of booking

 

GWYOFF and LATMET6 no idea on these

Yes, I think you're right. I just checked the invoice for our cruise where we are taking advantage of our Diamond one category upgrade (from ocean view to balcony) and I do have the code DIAXUP.

That makes sense!  Just checked our two Diamond Upgrades. 

 

Our first one was a year ago when this benefit was first announced.  It just has META which is a more generic category upgrade.    Last month we requested our other Diamond upgrade and it has the new DIAXUP.

Yes, LATDBLX means 2 extra points per night.  So 3 per night total (4 if in a full suite or Haven).
