Forgive me if this has been asked. I skimmed a few pages looking for the question. 

 

Is there any way to use some of these? I booked our next trip with our new PCC and she never asked for any codes. When I was originally looking online, I went through most of the checkout process without hitting confirm so I could get pricing and I never saw a spot to apply codes.

 

Maybe these are just to identify the promos and perks you were given? Any help is appreciated.

I believe the code "10OFFS" get you 10% off (and might possibly be expiring today but who knows with NCL). 

 

I booked B2Bs on the Viva for next fall and my TA successfully used the code to get 10% off both legs.

You cannot ask for the codes they show up on your reservation so you know which promotions/offers your booking received and which free at sea you opted for.

According to the chart LATMET is a short term offer to get "X" amount of money off depending on room class. Did you book an offer like that? The 6 at the end probably corresponds to the offer in some way.

Is there an easy way to know whether or not an OBC can be used towards gratuities?

 

I know it isn't a lot, but I have a $100 OBC for an upcoming cruise and we really don't spend a lot, if anything, onboard.   

 

At the top, the code is the ubiquitous GRLOBC.  When it first showed up on our Europe from 2021 that never happened, we had just moved our cruise from one TA to another.  Our TA unfortunately had passed away unexpectedly, so her company and NCL both helped us change the reservation to another friend who is also a TA, but she has her own company.

 

At first the description at the bottom said, "Free $100 On-Board Credit Certificate Non-Refundable.  That cruise was then changed to 2022 and then cancelled again.  When I booked my current cruise, the OBC showed back up and now says, "1xUS $100 On-Board Certificate per cabin - Non-Refundable."

 

My prior TA would sometimes gift us with an OBC or something in our cabin as a Thank you.  I'm not sure if this was a gift from her that had already been loaded onto our reservation before we switched, or maybe something from NCL to offset some sort of charge or something.

 

I want to book an inexpensive shore excursion, but I'd rather do it on the ship and use that credit if I can't use the credit towards gratuities.

usually  the rule of thumb is that non refundable obc can not be used for gratuities and refundable obc can be used

We have a TA perk for prepaid gratuities. Didn't see this code anywhere until I printed my Edocs this morning.

I've got code NATOBC2 on one of my booking and per my add-ons listing it appears to be $100 obc per passenger.  Can anyone confirm this?  If so, please add it to code listing.   Thanks.

On of my booking has code FITOBC but obc is $150 not $50 as per code listing.  Maybe FITOBC has been adjusted or is variable and not fixed at $50.  Could someone confirm this and update list as necessary?  Thanks.

Until they are 18, the points accrue, but don’t show in their accounts.

I figured that is why it was not on their cruise last year and also why they did not get double points like my husband and I did, but they are 28 and 25 now so it should have been updated since last year's cruise.

They'll need to call. It's possible that they have multiple numbers that need to be merged.
